We test a farm before we buy from it. Every lab report and certificate of analysis below is published in full — mitragynine content by HPLC, plus heavy metal and microbiology screening on the leaf we ship to customers in the United States and worldwide.
Farm manager Mr M. · cooperative · Pathum Thani, Central Thailand
Grown on the central plain north of Bangkok. White and red were assayed in March 2025; the green is a milled 1,000 kg lot certified in October 2024.

Farm manager Mr S. · cooperative · Phatthalung, Southern Thailand
Every vein in this batch landed between 1.45% and 1.55%. The red is milled from an 18,000 kg batch and carries both a certificate of analysis and its own test report.

A southern smallholder strain. White and green were assayed side by side in the March 2025 batch; the red is a separate 1,000 kg milled lot.

1. Report 08-003 is printed as 153.0 mg/g. That is a decimal slip at the laboratory: 15.3 mg/g is the figure that matches the 1.53% (W/W) result stated on the same report and on the accompanying certificate. We show the corrected mg/g and have left the PDF exactly as issued.
We test a farm before we buy from it. The reports confirm the leaf is free of heavy metals and bacterial contamination, and that it carries the strength we sell it on. Nothing goes on the site without a report behind it.
A certificate of analysis, or COA, is the laboratory's signed statement for a specific lot. Two kinds of document appear on this page. A test report gives the assay for one sample and prints both mitragynine figures, mg/g and %(W/W), with the chromatogram behind it. A COA covers a finished lot and states the percentage, the lot number, the batch weight and the manufacture and best-before dates. On the contaminant report, “not detected” means the result fell below the limit of detection printed in the LOD column beside it — for arsenic that is 0.145 mg/kg, for mercury 0.010 mg/kg.
Two things, and both are on this page. A potency assay, so you know the mitragynine content of the lot you are buying rather than a house average. And a contaminant panel covering heavy metals and the pathogens that matter in dried botanicals — Salmonella, E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus. A supplier who will not show you the report for your lot number is the one to walk away from.
Mitragynine is the principal alkaloid in the kratom leaf and the standard measure of a batch's strength. Every figure on this page is mitragynine measured by HPLC and reported two ways: milligrams per gram of dried material, and the same value as a percentage by weight, %(W/W). 15.5 mg/g and 1.55% describe the same batch.
Batches vary. Leaf age, harvest, drying and milling all move the figure, so no strain has a fixed number and a lot tested next season will not read the same as the one below it. What we can say is where our lots sit: ten of the eleven leaf reports on this page are at or above 1.4% mitragynine, running up to 2.28%. Read any report as a record of that lot, not a promise about the next one.
No. Mitragynine is one alkaloid among dozens in the kratom leaf, and it is the only one these reports measure. A lot that reads lower on mitragynine is not a weaker leaf — what it does not carry in mitragynine it carries in the other alkaloids. The figure describes what that lot contains; it is not a quality ranking.
Each Thai region is run by a farm manager who coordinates a cooperative of smallholder farms, so a lot is the work of many growers rather than one. Mr M. manages the Pathum Thani cooperative on the central plain, where our Maeng Da comes from. Mr S. manages the Phatthalung cooperative in the south, which grows Hang Kang. SG manages the Chumphon cooperative behind Tang Kwa. Mambog is grown in Mindanao in the Philippines.
Yes. Report NAP2412001 of 11 December 2024 covers arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury by ICP-MS — none detected — alongside a microbiology panel that returned E. coli below 3.0 MPN per gram and no Salmonella, Clostridium or Staphylococcus aureus.
Laboratory results describe the batches tested and nothing more. Kratom is sold here as a botanical raw material and is not offered for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease. Buyers are responsible for the legal status of kratom in their own territory.
